What we do about mispricing Despite our best efforts, a small number of the many hundreds of items in our catalogue are mispriced. However, we verify prices as part of our dispatch procedures. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the item. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of that cancellation.

Refund / Exchange Policy:

All products maybe Exchanged/Refunded as per customer request if there is any physical damage to the product / if a wrong product is sent / if the product is different from the description on Allin1Bazar or if an Electronic device (Computers, tablets, mobiles, appliances and the likes) is faulty or defective. However, if the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund for the product. Note: Brand’s policy shall apply for specific branded product. Some products are bound by brand policies of repair, exchange, refunds and cancellations thereby binding the customer with the same.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation by Allin1bazar: There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel due to non-availability of product, error in pricing information or any other unforeseen reason. Allin1bazar reserves the right to cancel such orders.

Cancellation by the User: In case of requests for order cancellations, Allin1bazar reserves the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason whatsoever. As part of usual business practice, if Allin1bazar receives a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed/ approved by Allin1bazar, Allin1bazar shall cancel the order and refund the entire paid amount to you instantly. Allin1bazar will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed. Allin1bazar has the full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not. You agree not to dispute the decision made by Allin1bazar and accept Allin1bazar's decision regarding the cancellation. In cases where it is not possible to cancel orders since they have already been shipped refund shall be made subject to the returns process post return request is raised and you would get replacement or refund once the original item is back with Allin1bazar in good sale-able condition.

Disclaimer:

It is the customer's responsibility to login earlier if they want to avail better products or styles because AllIn1Bazar.Com sales are "first come, first served". The merchandise is not restocked once sold out. No information regarding the presence of any Product in our stock will be guaranteed and we will alert you only when an item is sold out. The terms and conditions for such Contest shall be separately available on the Site.
